      I have been in the real estate business for over 20 years, and have been dedicated not only to my profession as a real estate agent; but also to my family of 11 children, and to a wonderful wife of over 26 years.  I serve in my local church and community whenever I can.   I am currently an Owner/Broker of Ulrich Realtors, and serve on the Association Committee for the Salt Lake Board of Realtors.  I have been privileged to be the 1991 Salesman of The Year, and served on the Salesman Of The Year Committee for 6 years, being the committee chairman in 1996.  

     I  have extensive knowledge with over 10 years in new construction, land, and general contracting; as well as the purchasing, selling, and marketing of new and existing properties.   Below is a list of a few of my accomplishments as a Realtor.
